3. Listing Submissions

By submitting a listing you confirm that:

• You are the owner or an authorized representative of the business
• All information provided is accurate and not misleading
• The business operates legally under BC and Canadian law
• You consent to the listing being publicly displayed on this website

We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, including listings that are inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, or violate these terms.

4. Prohibited Listings

We do not accept listings for:

• Businesses that operate illegally under BC or Canadian law
• Adult services, escort services, or explicit content businesses
• Fraudulent or deceptive businesses
